Alan Teets
Alan Teets is a Community Association Manager of Kiemle & Hagood Company, the region's largest property management and commercial real estate company. Alan joined Kiemle & Hagood Company in January 2008 and works closely with the Board of Directors, Finance Committees and Homeowners to manage all financial aspects of the Association. Alan is responsible for reporting the monthly financial results for all Associations and preparing the annual budgets, and other financial related information. Alan provides excellent customer service to all clients, vendors and homeowners interacting in a personable and professional manner and quickly responding to their needs.
Prior to his employment with Kiemle & Hagood Company, Alan was a commercial property manager in San Diego, California with a portfolio of four shopping centers totaling 375,000 square feet. His experience included managing all aspects of the physical asset such as janitorial services, landscaping contracts, security, as well as coordinating all capital improvement projects including parking lot resurfacing and paint and signage improvements.
Alan also worked for CoStar Group for nin years as a COMPS Research Manager. During this time, he managed a team of seven Research Analysts, four Initial Researchers, and four Field Researchers who were responsible for the monthly publication of 700+ commercial real estate sales transactions (COMPS). As a Research Analyst, he produced high-detailed research analysis fo over 2,800 commercial real estate transactions covering 150 property uses.
