Kiemle & Hagood Company has provided facility engineering services to our property owner's and their assets since 1971.  We are proud to extend our facility services to new property managers and owners.  Our facility service team is the largest and best-trained engineering staff in the region.  We provide operation, maintenance and repairs, and offer state of the art computerized maintenance management systems, comprehensive preventive maintenance programs and equipment life cycle management.

Our Facility Technicians are licensed and certified and receive on-going training, which allows us to be up-to-date with new advances and technologies.  Our services cover all aspects of facility systems; ranging from sophisticated building automation and security systems to making copies of keys and offering basic plumbing repairs.  Our Facility Service team is available 24 hours a day/7 days per week, including holidays to provide emergency services to handle any problem that may arise.
