Leaky roof?  Draft through windows or walls?  Outdated plumbing or electrical?  Is you home in desperate need of repair? Or maybe you just need assistance purchasing a home.

What is it?                   CHIP encourages revitalization and home ownership in older 
                                    neighborhoods of Pasco through rehabilition of existing homes and 
                                    downpayment assistance for first time homebuyers.

                                    Housing rehabilitation funding - The City of Pasco provides a variety 
                                    of opportunities including 0% interest installment loans, deferred
                                    payment loans and grants.  These loans and grants are to help
                                    low to moderate income residents of Pasco make much needed 
                                    improvements to their homes.        

                                    Down payment for first time homebuyers - The City of Pasco will
                                    provide up to $5,000 towards purchase of a home with borrower
                                    contributing a minimum of $1,000.  Repayment is deferred until
                                    sales, refinance, transfer of title, or until property is no longer
                                    used as owner's primary residence.

                                    ingresos de rehabilitar o comprar su casa en vecindarios de mayor
                                    edad, por medios de rehabilitar su casa actual o con la asistencia

                                    Hay fondos para rehabilitación de casa - La Cidudad provee una

                                    interés, préstamos con pago deferido, y becas sin devolución.

                                    Enganche para compradores de casa por primera vez - La Ciudad
                                    provee una cantidad máxima de $5,000 para la compra de una 
                                    casa con una contribución mínima de $1,000 del comprador. La 
                                    devolución es deferida hasta la venta, el refinanciamiento, o la 
                                    transferencia de la propiedad, o si el dueño no usa la propiedad
                                    como su residencia principal.
 

Am I Eligible?              Basic eligibility criteria:
                                       - Priority will be given to property located with the Museum or the 
                                          Longfellow districts.
                                       - Low to moderate income levels.
                                       - Dwelling must be a single-family residence, NO RENTALS.
