Chris Schreiber is an Associate Broker in Kiemle & Hagood Company's Coeur d'Alene Office. He is a licensed REALTOR® in Idaho and Washington. Chris joined the Brokerage Division of Kiemle & Hagood Company in February 2009, and has worked in commercial real estate since 1991, including time with CB Richard Ellis and a number of years in commercial real estate appraisal and consulting. Chris focuses on commercial and investment real estate in North Idaho, in which he represents Buyers, Sellers, Landlords and Tenants.
Chris graduated from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an emphasis in Real Estate Finance. Chris has more than 2,000 hours of real estate specific education at the University of Southern California, the Appraisal Institute, the California Department of Real Estate, the Idaho Real Estate Commission and the National Association of REALTORS®.
In 2008, Chris obtained the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the National Association of REALTORS®. Chris is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), the National Association of REALTOR® (NAR), a trustee of the Spokane-Kootenai Real Estate Research Committee, Spokane Trader's Club and 2009 President of the Coeur d'Alene Trader's Club.
