• Participated in redevelopment of the shopping center at Sprague and Sullivan.  Tenants include Walgreen's, Hancock Fabrics and Greenbacks.
• Sold seven acres in front of Coeur d' Alene, Idaho Costco for the development of a shopping center.
• Completed 52,000 SF deal with Hobby Lobby and 20,000 SF deal with Fred's Appliance at Evergreen Crossing.
